Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Include all original components and accessories
Returns are refunded to the original payment method.
A flat $8 return fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the original outbound shipping and return shipping.
Please note that personalized pieces and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you'd like to make a return, please email orders@serasera.co within 14 days of delivery, with your order number in the subject line.
Our team will respond within 48 hours with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
