Procedure for returns Plus

If you need to request a return within 14 days of delivery, please email us at orders@serasera.co with your order number in the subject line.

Our small team will get back to you within 48 hours with next steps. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for store credit.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit or an exchange will be issued.
