Handmade Means Every Piece Is Unique

Every Sera Sera piece is assembled by hand.

Because many of our materials are natural—including freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, and handmade glass beads—replacement components may vary slightly in color, shape, or pattern. We believe these subtle differences are part of the beauty of handmade jewelry.

Purchased from a Retailer?

If your piece was purchased from one of our retail partners, simply return it to the store where you purchased it.

They'll contact us directly, and we'll work with them to arrange the repair.
